Your tour will take effect when the moment you land at Cairo airport as our "Egypt Select Tours" staff member will be waiting for you at your arrival gate where he will help you complete all of your passport control formalities and luggage identification & carry. From the airport, you will be immediately transferred by a private Air-Conditioned Car to your 5* hotel reservation to check in.

Dinner Time

In the evening, you will begin your tour package by a dinner cruise on the one & only Nile River while enjoying a colorful belly dancing show with a folklore band featuring an amazing Tannoura spin in keeping with Egypt's whirling dervishes' tradition.

The Great Sphinx takes a special place among the entire artifacts of Egypt and possibly the world. It is one of a kind due to its, age, size, and questionable origin. The Sphinx has a height of 73 m (240 ft) and 19 m (66 ft) and was carved out of single limestone rock. It has the shape of a mythical creature called the Sphinx that has the body of a lion and the head of a man king Khafre to represent wisdom & might. It is known in Egypt as Abu Al-Hawl which is Arabic for The Father of terror.

The Valley Temple

The Valley temple is the place where the Mummification Process took place. The valley was constructed within the old kingdom (2686 2134 BC), it's one of the best-preserved structures of the ancient Egyptian civilization and the source of great information about the mummification of Ancient Egypt. The valley is made entirely from limestone, and granite and holds magnificent diorite statues of King Khafre.

Memphis City

Memphis city was the first official capital of Ancient Egypt under the hand of its founder King Menes to be the life of the two lands after the Unification of Egypt 4500 years ago. It gained the title of the land of Endurance and beauty, the headquarters of the rule, trade, & art under the god Ptah (the Patron of Craftsmen). The High Dam

The High Dam represents the modern soul of the entire city of Luxor, it was constructed between 1960 & 1970 during the reign of Gamal Adel-Nasser. The dam was designed in cooperation with the Moscow-based Hydro project Institute to have better control over Nile flooding, generate Hydroelectricity, and provide increased water storage for irrigation in its reservoir lake Nasser.

The Unfinished Obelisk

The Unfinished Obelisk is a monument that deserves to be visited, it was constructed by Queen Hatshepsut (1508-1458 BC) to stand at the entrance of the Karnak temple with the Lateran Obelisk which resides now at the Lateran palace in Rome but Unfortunately, the obelisk was cracked during construction and remained there till today, it reached a height of 42 m and weighed 1200 tons.

Colossi of Memnon

Colossi of Memnon are the colossal guardians of Luxor, they consist of two blocks of quartzite sandstone standing at the height of 18 m (60ft) weighing 720 tons each and have the shape of Pharaoh Amenhotep III(1386-1350). The colossi were damaged due to a large earthquake in 27 BC but were rebuilt again in 199 AD. The statues were very famous during the Greco-Roman period due to the phenomenon called The Vocal Memnon which resulted from the statues making a sinning sound from time to time at dawn which was nothing more than the sound of the wind passing through the statue.

It served as the kingdom's headquarters and as a powerful fortress against the crusaders & napoleon's French invasion and again in the 19th century, it became the headquarters of the government for more than 700 years.

Mohamed Ali Mosque

Mohamed Ali Mosque is known as the Alabaster Mosque because of the extensive usage of marble. It was constructed between 1830 and 1848 AD to be a replica of the blue mosque in Istanbul and acts as a symbol of independence and freedom against the Ottoman Empire. The mosque is truly enchanting with its ottoman-style architecture of French rococo influences and a great breathtaking dome.

The National Museum of Egyptian Civilization

The lavish National Museum of Egyptian Civilization (NMEC) is a newly added wonder that has opened its gates after being renovated in 2020 to display a magical collection of the oldest and most informative artifacts and monuments from different time periods.
