Día : Trip of Edfu and Kom Ombo from Marsa Alam

One of "Egypt Select Tours" best tour guides will pick you up from your hotel in Marsa Alam in the early morning and drive you for almost 4 hrs by a private air-conditioned vehicle to Edfu upon arrival, head to visit:

Edfu Temple

Edfu temple is one of the most terrific Nile-side temples which was founded during the reign of the Greco-Roman between 237 and 27 BC. The paintings and decorations on the walls of the temple were greatly surprising since its skillful builders succeeded in best preserving the form of Egypt's pharaohs. The temple is devoted to the falcon-headed god Horus who killed Seth, the murderer of his father Osiris.

Kom Ombo Temple

Kom Ombo temple was erected during the Ptolemaic reign between 180 - 47 BC and it was only finished under the Roman Dynasty. The Temple of Kom Ombo has twin dedications to two of the most famous deities in Ancient Egypt; Horus and Sobek.

At last, we will transfer you back to Marsa Alam by your air-conditioned vehicle.

Children Policy

The children’s policy applies to children who share a room with their parents. If your trip includes a flight ticket, additional fees for your children may apply.

• Children under 2 years of age can travel free of charge with their parents.
• From 2 to 6 years old: 25% of the adult price
• From 6 to 11 years old: 50% of the adult price
• Children aged 12 and over-travel at the same fare as adults.

Deposit

Once your itinerary is confirmed, we will collect 25% of the agreed final trip value as a deposit, which can be paid via Online Payment, PayPal, or Western Union.

Tipping

Tipping is part of the Egyptian culture to express one’s satisfaction with the good services provided to him by his duty staff. It would be nice to give it when you are satisfied with our services and if not then you don’t have to do it.

Cancellation Policy

Important Note: If your trip includes a domestic flight or a Nile cruise, know that there is no refund for the booking value in the event of cancellation of the trip according to the policy of Nile cruises and airlines companies.

• 20 days before the trip 50% refund.
• 10 days before the trip no refund.
